Want to see amazing feats of the human body? Want to get a glimpse into the real upstate Hip Hop Community. Break IC is for you.
Hip Hop is Cross Cultural. It breaks boundaries of nation and ethnicity by strengthening communities. So this year Ground Up Crew is proud to be collaborating with the Cornell Hip Hop Collection, Ithaca College International Club, African Latino Society, African Student Association, IC Natives, Asian American Alliance, and Poder to produce Break IC 2014! Watch crews of 3 from around the tristate area and beyond, battle it out for $1000. Jam out to public Enemy’s Rock and Roll Hall of fame DJ “Jonny Juice” and Ultimate Breaks and Beats Producer “Break Beat Lou”. The best part is that it’s ALL FREE. Stop by Hill Center 105 at 2:30 on Saturday April 26th to see Break IC and get an inside look of the bboy/bgirl Hip Hop community!
