Scheduling Coordinator Search

The Office of Campus Center and Event Services invites applications from qualified current employees of Ithaca College to apply for the scheduling coordinator position.

This position manages all aspects of the room reservation and scheduling system for Ithaca College and serves as the primary system administrator for the R25 and 25Live Ithaca College scheduling package.

Some responsibilities of the position include: Managing the year-round college wide room reservation and scheduling system for all non-residential spaces on campus including athletic spaces, outdoor fields and quads, and academic spaces during the summer months.

The position requires: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years database and systems management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience; in-depth knowledge of various database, spreadsheet, web page development, word processing software, and systems applications; experience working with on-line databases, analyzing complex data, and preparing forecasts and reports; ability to handle multiple tasks, establish priorities, identify problems and create solutions, and meet deadlines; strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
