Free Wellness Workshops – A Mind, Body, Me Program Feature!Contributed by Katie Sack on 05/30/14
Each month Mind, Body, Me offers free Wellness Workshops to our members that focus on a variety of wellness topics including nutrition, health prevention, stress management, goal setting and much more. The length of each session varies from 30 minutes to one hour, to easily schedule into any lunch time. This summer, we have a wonderful line-up of workshops for our members:
Once you become a member of Mind, Body, Me, you can choose to participate in any or all of our Wellness Workshops as they fit with your schedule.
