Paving to be taking place at various locations across campus - Closing of Lower R-Lot and K-Lot

The Grounds Department, in conjunction with Ruston Paving, will be performing asphalt repairs around campus over the coming weeks.  Work will be performed on many sidewalks as well as roadways and parking lots.  Beginning on Monday, July 7th, milling will be taking place on Towers Skyline and Flora Brown Drives to be followed with blacktopping.  Flag personnel will be in place to assist with traffic flow.  Lower R-Lot located between Garden 28 and Garden 29 will be closed beginning on Monday, July 14th to allow for the removal of the old asphalt.  This lot may be closed for a two week period of time depending upon sub-base deterioration.  The entrance to the lot will be barricaded and a sign will be posted informing patrons of the status.  The K-Lot, located by Ceracche Center will also be closed for a period of time beginning on Monday, July 14th to allow for the milling of the deteriorated asphalt.  This lot will be reopened as soon as the new blacktop is in place.  Barricades and signage will be placed at the entrance to the lot informing patrons of the status.
