Ever have a day go by, or week go by, and wonder where the time went? What did you accomplish?
It seems we all have days, weeks, even months like this, but it doesn't have to be that way. Learning to make the most out of your time can be simple by applying just a few tips:
- Make time to plan: Use 30 minutes of your day to plan for the remainder. This can be split by using 15 in the morning and then 15 for the afternoon.
- Tackle top priorities first: Don't put these off just because you don't want to do them. Get them done and out of the way to relieve stress.
- Focus on one thing at a time: Give one task your undivided attention until completion, then move on to the next.
