Library Staff Present at Regional Conference

 Ben Hogben, Access Services Manager, and Sarah Shank, Interlibrary Loan Borrowing Coordinator, co-presented at the 2014 IDS Project Conference in Syracuse.

 Ben and Sarah's well-attended session highlighted their work in creating custom workflows, templates and server scripts for billing in the ILLiad interlibrary loan online system.  The IDS Project is a mutually supportive resource-sharing cooperative within New York State whose members include public and private academic libraries.
