The Division of Finance and Administration will have a meeting on Monday, August 11, 8:30 am -2:00 pm.  As a result, some offices within the division will be closed or have limited services available.  See below for specific information.

Work requests that are phoned in to Facilities (4-3225) that are of a serious nature will be responded to.

Information Technology Services
The ITS help desk will remain open.  All other services will be limited; urgent out-of-service issues will be responded to.

Mail Services
There will not be mail delivery or pick up in the morning. There will not be an afternoon pickup at the post office, H&S, Alumni or the PRW building. Mail must be brought to the mail center by 2:30 to be sent out that day. Only FedEx and UPS that have been processed or are prepaid may be dropped off at the Mail Center. We will deliver express parcels when we return and all other packages and mail will be delivered on Tuesday.
