Dr. Donathan Brown has contributed the sole chapter on American immigration reform in a larger volume titled 2012 U.S. Presidential Election: Challenges and Expectations. Published by Jagielloian University Press in Krakow, Poland, the project includes contributions from international scholars in political science, law, and American Studies.

Dr. Brown's chapter compliments a recent book he published titled, When Race and Policy Collide. The chapter expands on questions surrounding how immigration reform is defined as a problem and which policy recommendations are offered as "solutions."
