Submission deadlines for short-term, faculty-led courses to be taught abroad in 2015-16 are approaching. Any faculty member interested in leading such a course abroad during the 2015-16 academic year is encouraged to be in touch with the Office of International Programs to begin discussing ideas for such programs.

Proposal process
The first step in proposing to travel abroad with students is to complete our online intent form.  This gives the Office of International Programs (OIP) an idea of what you have in mind, and will allow us to begin the preliminary work of assisting you in designing a viable program.

The next step is the full proposal form, which should be submitted along with a budget breakdown of the program, using the Excel spreadsheet template.
