As per the college’s new Adobe agreement, ITS is able to provide Adobe software on all Ithaca College-owned computers. Please see our previous intercom article here for more information. ITS will continue work to create a self-service installation portal, but should you need immediate access to any Adobe applications please contact the ITS Helpdesk at helpdesk@ithaca.edu or extension 4-1000 for details on how you can install these applications.

The Helpdesk will be able to assist with any questions involving the installation of the Adobe applications. If you need training in the use of these applications please refer to Adobe's support pages at http://helpx.adobe.com/support.html or you can also check the TLC's website at https://www.ithaca.edu/its/traindoc/ and sign up for training on supported applications.
