Have you ever had a question about race but were unsure about how to ask? How is racism recognized? How do you experience racism? How do you think racism has affected your life and the lives of others? How do you cope with the effects? Who do you believe needs to assume responsibility for eliminating racism?

Who? Ithaca College students are invited to participate

What? To come together in a safe environment to share feelings, thoughts, and experiences in a sustained, confidential, frank dialogue around issues of race and racism. The Diversity Awareness Committee will initiate a Student Talking Circle facilitated by professionals from the Multicultural Resource Center. When? The Student Talking Circle will meet on Tuesdays, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, September 23rd, 2014 - October 21st, 2014. DINNER WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO COST!
