Gary Sforzo, Miranda Kaye, Frank Micale, and Sarah Simunovich presented “The Effects of Health and Wellness Coaching on Health Status When Added to an Employee Wellness Program” on September 12 in Boston MA at the Harvard-sponsored Institute of Coaching annual meeting.  

The presentation highlighted the effects of health and wellness coaching on employee health status and was conferred one of three awards in the funded research division at the conference.  The research was done at Ithaca College in conjunction with our Mind, Body, Me program and is a product of the collaborative effort between the Office of Human Resources, the Wellness Clinic, the Fitness Center, eni, and the  Department of Exercise & Sport Sciences.  If you’d like more information about the results please contact Professor Sforzo.
