Cathy J. Saloff-Coste, MS, RDN, CDN, Dietitian/Nutritionist in private practice for over 12 years and the nutrition consultant for students at Ithaca College, will discuss what it really means to eat well and how you can achieve a sustainable, balanced approach to nutrition that promotes vibrant health now and in the future.

 

 

 In her talk, Cathy will dispel nutrition myths and offer practical information and tips you can use in your daily lives. Feel free to bring your questions - and your lunch!

 

 

 

This talk is part of the Wellness Wednesdays lecture series with special focus in rethinking health through discussion, and demonstration, from various experts in the field of health.
