Our culture is permeated with conflicts of all kinds. In the family, workplace, government, community, schools, and the religions, the experience of conflict surrounds us. Yet we seem to have developed more skill in avoiding it or suppressing it, than in exploring it and working with it.

Ancient wisdom from cultures that practiced community dialogue and restorative justice, is gaining recognition and acceptance. This 2-hour workshop re-frames conflict as an opportunity for growth and understanding, not something “bad” to be avoided. Join us for this interactive workshop to explore the topic of inclusive conflict resolution.

•    What obstacles are in the way? 
•    What assumptions are we making that prevent creative thinking?
•    How can we be inclusive to different perspectives?

Lunch will be provided.
