 The off campus approval process for the 2015-2016 academic year will start on October 27th and will end on October 31st.  The only students who will be eligible to apply to live off campus are students who are in the process of completing their 3rd or 4th semester of college.  Please log onto HomerConnect to verify your completed semesters.  Please read the information below regarding your eligibility to live off campus. 

 You should not make any off campus commitments or sign a lease unless you receive written approval to live off campus through our office.  Please email or call us with any questions or concerns about the application process.

Students in the process of completing 5 or more semesters of college will receive off campus approval as long as they do not select on-campus housing.  Please log onto HomerConnect to verify your semesters completed.

Students in the process of completing 3-4 semesters of college will need to apply for approval by submitting the off campus application as well as the off campus quiz.  The application and quiz will be available at https://www.ithaca.edu/reslife/off_campus/apply_for_oc_status/.  Applications will be prioritized by date and time the last piece of the application is completed.  Everyone on a group application is required to submit their own quiz.  Please log onto HomerConnect to verify your semesters completed.

Students in the process of completing 1-2 semesters of college are not eligible to apply to live off campus and should expect to live on campus for the 2015-2016 academic year.  Please log onto HomerConnect to verify your semesters completed.
