The theme for the 2015 MLK Day is "Whose Dream Is It Anyway?"

MLK Day 2015 will be held on Monday, January 19.

Workshops are sought to fill two educational workshop sessions held from 10 - 11:30 am and again from 2 - 3:30 pm.

Faculty, staff and students are invited to propose a workshop for the event.

The focus of the MLK 2015 celebration is to think carefully about whether Dr. King's dream has been realized, about who is or should be included in the dream, and about how we can continue to move the agenda of a socially just community forward.

We are seeking a maximum of 16 educational workshops throughout the week.

Workshop submissions will be accepted until December 1, 2015.  If your workshop is selected, you will be notified no later than December 12.

If you have any questions about submitting a proposal, contact Doreen Hettich-Atkins.

Proposals can be submitted by complete the MLK Program Proposal Form.
