ITS is currently planning for critical software upgrades in ITS-managed computer labs for the Spring 2015. If you need specific software installed or upgraded to support instruction, please notify Lisa Efing-Guida (lefing@ithaca.edu) and Brian Brashear (bbrashear@ithaca.edu) no later than Monday, November 17, 2014.

Please provide the following:

• Software name and version
• What lab(s) you need the software installed (building and room)
• Installer CD's if appropriate
• Licensing information if appropriate
