First Class letter mail and periodicals (except for Circle Apartment residents) will be held at the Mail Center located in the Public Safety/General Services building. You may stop down between 8am and 5pm, Nov. 24-26 to check for mail.

The Circle Apartments mail will be sorted daily into the mail boxes but the mail room will be closed for parcel pick up. Packages that arrive 11/21 – 11/26 will be processed for pick up at the Phillips Hall Post Office which is open 8:30am – 4:30pm on those dates. Please call the Mail Center at 607-274-3371 to make arrangements to pick up a package in the Circle mail room or to have it moved to Phillips Hall for pick up.

Mail Services and the Phillips Hall Post Office will be closed 11/27, 11/28.

We strongly suggest that you have items shipped to your home address after Thanksgiving break when you are shopping for gifts, especially if the vendor provides a tentative future shipping date. This will eliminate the possibility of having to pay additional shipping to have items forwarded to your home address in time for the holidays.

During winter break, all mail and parcels are held at Mail Services until the Spring 2015 semester on campus housing information is available the second week in January
