The Ithaca College Mind, Body, Me (MBM) wellness program focuses on you: the employee, and works to help you identify and move towards your personal health and wellness goals. Our wellness program is open for all benefits-eligible faculty and staff to join and includes a variety of wellness features. One great feature of our program includes FREE Wellness Workshops!

Each month Mind, Body, Me offers free Wellness Workshops to our members that focus on a variety of wellness topics including nutrition, health prevention, stress management, goal setting and much more. The length of each session varies from 30 minutes to one hour, to easily schedule into any lunch time.

This upcoming semester, we have a wonderful line-up of workshops for our members:

  • Time Management (August 2015)

  • Diabetes Tips & Tricks (October 2015)
Gather new tips and tricks to help manage diabetes for yourself or a family member!

  • Financials for the New Year (December 2015)
Make a resolution to become financially healthy in the new year and join us for some great ideas!
