Exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body and your mind healthy. Sometimes it can be tough to get yourself motivated to go to the gym, but group exercise classes can make working out fun! The Fitness Center offers a variety of classes at no cost, such as Zumba, TRX, Water Aerobics, Yoga, and Cycling! Additionally, the Fitness Center offers Tai Chi and Iyengar Yoga, which are available only to faculty and staff. To learn more about group exercise at the fitness center click here. At the Wellness Clinic, the only students in the group exercise classes are your instructors. Group exercise classes include boxing, yoga, spinning, body pump and more!
