Ithaca College

This is a reminder that the State of New York prohibits smoking in the public areas of all buildings within the state. In order to comply with the New York State law, Ithaca College has a smoking policy (2.8.10) that directly addresses this for the campus community and provides a listing of the designated outdoor smoking areas

The College is required to enforce public health law and cannot allow smoking in public spaces.

Individuals should review the policy and utilize the designated outdoor smoking areas as established in the College's smoking policy.
