  • Are you looking for a venue to connect with students outside the classroom?
  • Do you have an engaging presentation around the topic of leadership?
  • Did you read a research article or book that relates to student leadership?
  • Did you go to a conference recently and saw an idea that would help students grow in their ability to be a leader or lead others on campus?

Consider presenting in the Student Leadership Institute! We are now reviewing presentations for our spring presentation offerings. You can submit a proposal here.

Each semester the Office of Student Engagement Multicultural Affairs offers over the 100 SLI sessions to students on various leadership topics. We have over 1000 students who participate in sessions throughout the year because of their major, scholarship program, or to generally develop their skills. Students can also receive certificates in one of three different tracks: Leading Self, Leading Others, and Leading in a Diverse World. For more information on the Student Leadership Institute check out our website.

Review of presentations will begin immediately and the priority deadline for Block 3 is January 15. Please feel free to contact Samantha Stafford at sstafford@ithaca.edu if you have questions.
