All dining locations will resume normal hours of operation on Tuesday, January 20th, 2015. Now, check out all that's new at the dining halls and retail locations! Healthy/Delicious Alert! Watch for “Mindful” dining selections in the dining halls and at the Food Court. Look for the Mindful “apple” icon, you’ll find it on nutritional signage, LCD screens, and at various stations in the dining halls. Mindful menu items are healthy and packed with fresh flavors, containing less salt, less sugar and zero trans fats! Want to learn more about Mindful? It’s an award winning idea that tastes great! And, don't forget to visit the Dillingham Cafe at the Dillingham Center for some unique and trendy lunchtime selections! Served Monday through Friday at lunch! We have an App for that! IC Dining has gone mobile! Sandella’s Café – In January, try the very popular Margherita Grilled Flatbread and February features a savory Spinach & Mushroom Flatbread. Watch for delicious new Flatbread, Panini and Quesadilla offerings each month at Sandella’s cafe! FACT: Did you know that Sandella’s brick oven flatbread is all-natural, low fat, trans fat free and contains no artificial colors or flavors? That’s a tasty and healthy bonus! That’s Right!
