For the 25th anniversary of Educational Technology Day at Ithaca College we are sponsoring a contest for Ithaca College students to help envision the future of technology. Participants working in teams of up to 5 people will prepare a presentation of their view on the future of technology, and the first place group can win up to a $375 gift certificate to the Ithaca College Bookstore.

We’ve seen a lot of technological change in the last 25 years, and we want to know what your vision is for how the technology of the future will impact how we will live, work or learn. Winning entries will present a vision of the future that is based on plausible realities, not pure science fiction. We are looking for a vision that are extensions of technologies or ideas that exist today that are taken to their next (or future) logical step.
