Wed. Feb. 11th @ 12-12:50pm, Taughannock Falls Room, 3rd Floor Campus Center

Dr. Pierre Germaud, DC, from the Spinal Wellness Center of Ithaca, will give a talk about the main function of the human spine, what a healthy spine looks and feels like, learn which side your spine leans to, and why all this matters.

Cultures around the world have known that a healthy spine is necessary for optimal health.  A healthy spine will optimize your breath, strength, speed, and nervous system health. In this fun, interactive workshop, you will learn how to evaluate the teenage spine and what it begins to feel like to have your spine working properly.

This talk is part of the Wellness Wednesdays lecture series with special focus in rethinking health through discussion, and demonstration, from various experts in the field of health.

This is free and open to the entire campus community.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) at counseling@ithaca.edu. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
