Teacher Recruitment Days (TRD) is an interviewing event held annually at SUNY Cortland during the spring semester. TRD 2015 will take place on Thursday, April 16 and Friday, April 17. Pre-registration is required. Districts from across the country send recruiters to conduct interviews for known and anticipated vacancies. Candidates from 12 Central New York colleges and universities are invited to attend this employment event. In addition, several graduate education programs from the 12 member CNYTRD colleges and universities will be in attendance on April 16 for undergraduate students interested in obtaining information about their programs.

Participation qualification requirements and the online registration can be accessed on the CNYTRD webpageThe online application/registration for TRD runs February 23 at 6:00 a.m. through March 17 at 11:59 p.m. Priority is given to applicants on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore it is best to register early. Transportation is not provided for this event.

It is also recommended to have your resume reviewed by someone in Career Services before attending Teacher Recruitment Days; drop-in hours are Monday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and Friday 12:00-3:00 p.m.
