NURSES’ HEALTH EDUCATION ABOUT LGBT ELDERS (HEALE) CULTURAL COMPETENCY CURRICULUM

Location: Country Inn and Suites, 1100 Danby Road in Ithaca

Presented by the Ithaca College Gerontology Institute in partnership with the Finger Lakes Geriatric Education Center and the Ithaca College Center for LGBT Education, Outreach & Services.

 

The Nurses’ Health Education About LGBT Elders curriculum is a six-hour cultural competency continuing education (CE) training developed by the Howard Brown Health Center for nurses and health care professionals who serve older LGBT adults.
