KINDNESS MATTERS….ALWAYS!

Contributed by Katie Sack on 03/10/15

Kindness, like a boomerang, always returns.”

In order to be kind to others, you must also be kind to yourself. Eating a healthy meal or cleaning out your closet can be considered a random act of kindness. The simplest gesture can change one person’s entire day around.

Try these simple random acts of kindness whenever and wherever it is possible (it is always possible):

  • Leave change in a vending machine.
  • Help a co-worker.
  • Donate used clothing.
  • Give a bottle of cold water to a bus driver.
  • Plant flowers.
  • Introduce yourself to someone.
  • Return a shopping cart.
  • Clean your friend’s house.
  • Turn off the lights.
  • Offer a handyman a drink.
