Let’s face it, we all make bad food choices when we’re stressed out! Come learn about what causes stress, how nutrition plays a role in stress, and ways to manage stress in a healthy and nutritious way. Join us as Aviva Berkowitz, a senior Public and Community Health major, presents "Eating Smarter When You're Stressed Out" on March 31, 2015 in the Human Resources Conference Room (PRWC, GL52) at 12:10pm.
