Join us in our first major networking event, featuring guest speaker Dan Smalls, a local concert promoter, talent buyer, and booking agent! 

Dan Smalls is the owner of The Haunt,  State Theatre of Ithaca, and other theatres and clubs in New York. In addition, he's currently working with the Cornell Concert Commission in holding the Indie Rock band Modest Mouse's concert at Cornell University this April! 

Come out and learn about current industry trends, advice for how to start your career in the music industry, and gain insight into what really goes on in a full-service concert promotion and talent agency. During this event, you will also learn about event planning, marketing, PR, and advertising for concerts and shows. Most importantly, gain valuable connections in one of the most competitive industries!
