The Ithaca College Office of Alumni Relations is pleased to invite you to join Rhoda Meador, director of the Ithaca College Gerontology Institute, for a free webinar titled "Opportunity Age: Thriving in the Third Stage of Life" on Wednesday, March 25 at 12:00 noon.

Many people define aging negatively, as a time of life filled with loss. But it doesn't have to be that way. In reality, the second half of life is filled with opportunities to thrive and become increasingly fulfilled, if we choose to take advantage of them. This webinar will focus on these concrete opportunities, such as embracing wellness, creativity, and engaging in deeper, more satisfying relationships with family and friends.
