Ithaca College

April 2015 launched the start of the annual performance review season.  The annual staff evaluation is a key component of the College's performance management process and provides a valuable opportunity for managers and their staff to review and discuss past performance, clarify job duties, set goals and establish expectations for the coming year.  The review process will continue to follow the same overall approach as last year. The main enhancement to the process is the addition of 13 core competency areas for comments and feedback. The College expects that all staff will participate in the process.

Two years ago, the College launched an online system to assist with the efficient management of the performance review process.  To assist individuals in preparing for their discussion and using the online system, the Office of Human Resources will offer several workshops.  Each session will consist of an overview of the key components of the performance process, implementation timeline and deadlines, tips for making the performance review efficient and productive, and a live demonstration of the online system.

Whether you are new to IC or you want to better understand the process, we encourage you to attend one of the scheduled sessions.  If you are unable to attend, the performance review forms, instructions and link to the online process is available on the Employee Development website at https://www.ithaca.edu/hr/development/performancereview/.

Workshop Dates and Times:  All sessions will be held in the Human Resources Training/Conference Room 052 on the Garden Level of the Peggy Ryan Williams Center.  To register, visit http://ithacaits.gosignmeup.com/, click “Login”, enter your Netpass ID, Netpass password, select the appropriate workshop, click "register", you will see that the workshop appears in your cart.  Click Complete Registration.  Follow the next steps to complete registration.
