Peter Martin, Education, publishes article in Current Issues in Education

Peter Martin (Education) recently published his work “Contradictory Reforms: When NCLB Undermines Charter School Innovation” in the journal Current Issues in Education.  By examining how a particular public charter school was transformed in response to the need to improve student scores on state tests, the article discusses how the two most prominent current educational reform efforts act at cross-purposes.
