Using TaskStream Presentation (Showcase) Creatively in the ClassroomContributed by Wade Pickren on 04/20/15 Tuesday, April 21, 2015, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Register here) This workshop will introduce faculty to the Presentation (sometimes referred to as Showcase) side of TaskStream in the hopes that we can start thinking about how to encourage students to build reflective practice. This tool allows students to use the files they save on TaskStream to design web pages. Using the self-designed Presentations students and faculty can start documenting and sharing intellectual and co-curricular milestones in ways that they can share with their class communities or the public. We are interested in gathering feedback and brainstorming with interested faculty on ideas they have and resources people need to use these tools to enhance student engagement in the integrative learning process. Open to all faculty and staff. Please visit the IC Events Calendar. Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Laurie Wasik at wasik@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3734. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible. |
