Kudos to the Ithaca College International Club for hosting its event, Liberty in North Korea (LiNK). The event, which took place on Friday, April 24, discussed North Korea as the changing narrative and allowed students to learn about North Korea and its refugees. Liberty in North Korea is a non-profit organization that helps North Korean refugees resettle into either South Korea or the United States in order that they avoid being sent back to their country and punished. LiNK spoke about its mission to raise awareness to human rights issues in North Korea through media outlets and research.
