Just in time for Summer 2015 Orientation, the Academic Workflow Implementation Group is pleased to announce that the ICC Theme Declaration form is now available in IC Workflow

 

Students will now be able to submit their initial ICC Theme Declaration or changes to their existing ICC Theme through a form available in IC Workflow.  For students electing to change their existing ICC Theme, the same form can be used but will require approval from the ICC Director.  At times, these changes can take up five business days before the request is approved and the student record updated in HomerConnect.  Initial declarations are updated in HomerConnect in near real-time.  It is strongly suggested that students consult with their Academic Advisor, Dean, Department Chair or the ICC Director before making any changes to their theme.

This new process will eliminate over 1,700 pieces of paper being wasted and associated data entry into HomerConnect as well as speed up the processing associated with ICC Theme Declarations and updating student records.
