Muller Faculty Center and Cerrache Hall enter testing phase for new Wi-FiContributed by Matt Gorney on 06/18/15
Once testing confirms successful network performance, the buildings will move from ‘testing’ to a ‘completed’ status. This expected completion will mark the final two buildings in the "Academic Priority" phase of the project. This leaves only the operational and administrative buildings left to be done, with an expected completion of the entire project in July. The ITS Wi-Fi project team is excited that we are keeping an aggressive pace and look forward to the next, and final phase, as the largest wireless initiative in the school’s history moves along with success. ITS is pleased to announce that Muller Faculty Center and Cerrache Hall have just started to join the new Wi-Fi environment at Ithaca College. Between now and June 24th, we are continuously testing the performance of the network and are asking the community for feedback on any issues.
