Offices within the Finance and Administration Division will be participating in a retreat, which is scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 1:00 – 4:00 pm.  As a result, some offices will be closed or have limited services available.  See below for specific information.

LIMITED SERVICES

Print Services will be open but there will not be any afternoon deliveries.

Mail Services- There will not be an afternoon pick up of mail.  The Mail Center will be closed except for courier pick-ups.  Only mail picked up in the morning will be metered for that day.  Departments have until noon to bring any additional mail to the Mail Center.  Express overnight packages will be delivered.  Ground packages may be curtailed until Wednesday.

Information Technology Services - All ITS offices will be closed during the retreat but the Helpdesk will remain open and should an emergency arise, the helpdesk will contact the appropriate IT Staff via cell phone to solicit their involvement. All communications should be routed through the helpdesk during the retreat to ensure the quickest response.
