For the second year in a row, the women’s swimming and diving team will be offering Fall Swim Lessons! This is a great opportunity to ease out of summer in the pool and refine your newly found skills before next summer! We invite all different ages and skill abilities to participate. A member of the team will teach participants in either a private lesson or in a group of two. Each session is 45 minutes long and will go from 10:30-11:15 am.

Whether you or your child wants to continue growing in the pool after summer fun, they need work on refining their strokes and turns, or if you’re training for a triathlon, the swim team is here to help!

We will be offering five sessions on the following dates:

September 12th
September 19th
September 26th
October 3rd
October 10th

The fee for five lessons is $90. Please register by sending the registration and liability form along with a check made out to “Ithaca College” to Paula Miller, women’s swim coach;

Ithaca College Athletics & Events Center
Attn: Paula Miller Rm#154D
953 Danby Rd.
Ithaca, NY 14850

Please arrive for the first session on September 12th fifteen minutes before the start of your lesson.

Enter the pool by going through the Visiting Team Locker Rooms and meet at the record board end of the facility.  There you will meet your instructor and have an opportunity to discuss your goals for the program.  Participants should bring their own suit and towel. And a padlock for a locker if you wish.  The College and its personnel are not responsible for lost or stolen articles or valuables.  Parents are encouraged to stay and watch the lessons.

If you have any questions regarding the registration process or the lessons you may contact Paula Miller, IC Women’s Head Coach at 607-274-3119.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Paula Miller or (607) 274-3119. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
