At Ithaca College, student employees are an essential part of our workforce. Your role as a supervisor is central to helping student employees develop positive work habits that they will use at Ithaca College and in their future professions. The Office of Human Resources is holding an all-day program for supervisors of student employees on October 15, 2015.   

What participants will learn:

·         Self-Awareness and situational leadership

·         Nuts and bolts of hiring student employees

·         Payroll/time reporting

·         How to turn the job into a valuable work experience for students

·         Millennials, conflict, and the art of giving feedback

·         Location: GL52 Peggy Ryan Williams Center
