Facilities Services Appreciation Week: September 14th - 18th, 2015Contributed by Lynn Hyde on 09/13/15 (Contributed on behalf of Dr. Timothy Carey, Associate Vice President, Facilities) Please join me in providing our Facilities Services team with a big “thank you” as we celebrate Facilities Services Appreciation Week (September 14th - 18th). Facilities Services Appreciation Week is traditionally celebrated each year during the second full week of September. Recognized worldwide as Housekeeper Appreciation Week since 1981, the week honors the efforts and dedicated service of professionals who maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for their colleagues and the public. Here at Ithaca College, we celebrate Facilities Services Appreciation Week as it enables us to recognize the employees who dedicate their efforts to make our work spaces comfortable and safe. Accordingly, please join me in thanking our Facilities Services staff members for all they do! Dr. Timothy Carey
