Marie Sandford, Clinical Associate professor in the Dept. of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, and graduate students Dana Sharabi (Class of 2015), Maria Sanchez-Freeman (Class of 2015), Alexandra Fish (Class of 2015), and Erin Gatti (Class of 2015) presented their work at the 4th International Conference on English Pronunciation: Issues and Practices at the Institute of Phonetics, Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic

Their presentation, Comparing Instructional Approaches for Attaining Oral Proficiency in Adult English Language Learners shared results of pre, intermittent, and post -ratings of intervention outcomes for individuals working to modify their accented English.
