In collaboration with the Handwerker Gallery, the Department of Writing will kick off this semester's Handwerker Reading Series with fiction writers Angelina Mirabella and Jack Wang, who will read from their work this Tuesday (Sept. 22) at 6:30pm in the Handwerker Gallery.

Angelina Mirabella is the author of the novel The Sweetheart (Simon & Schuster), long-listed for the Center for Fiction 2015 First Novel Prize.

Jack Wang is an assistant professor of writing at Ithaca College and was shortlisted for the 2014 Commonwealth Short Story Prize.

This event is free and open to the public.
