ITS has not yet verified that software and systems commonly used at Ithaca College are compatible with the new operating system. In general, if you rely on your Mac for college work, we advise that you wait to upgrade until ITS has done more in-depth testing. Apple has released their latest operating system, OS X El Capitan (version 10.11). This is a free upgrade for most Apple computers and is available for download from the app store.
