Annual Techqual+ Survey Email Invitations will go out Thursday, November 5thContributed by Marilyn Dispensa on 11/03/15 Submitted on behalf of Keith McIntosh Digital Instruction and Information Services (DIIS/formerly ITS) requests your participation in the second annual Higher Education Techqual+ Project for Ithaca College. This online survey is designed to get campus perspectives and expectations on a range IT service outcomes including internet connectivity, online services, and support. This survey will be conducted every year. A random selection of 25% of faculty, staff and students will be receiving an e-mail from me on Thursday, November 5 with a subject line "Invitation to take 2015 TechQual+ Survey for Ithaca College Students, Faculty, and Staff". The survey will be open through November 20th, 2015. We very much appreciate and look forward to the insight that participants can provide in helping DIIS assess and improve our services. Keith W.
