Procedures and schedules are in place for final exams during the week of December 14 – 18. Optical scanning should be brought to the Service Desk in Job Hall between 8am and 5pm to be checked in. All requested reports will be added to the instructor’s Sakai Drop Box (including report 101). If you have not used Optical Scanning services previously, you will be enrolled into your respective school’s Sakai worksite and a Drop Box will be created during the scanning process. Directions on how to retrieve your reports are sent via a Sakai message and to the instructor’s Ithaca College email account. Note: There will be no after hours drop off or pick up available during finals week. The DEADLINE to submit final exams for processing is Monday, December 21st at noon. All exams received by noon on Monday, December 21st will be available in the instructor’s Sakai Drop Box by 5:00pm on Wednesday, December 23rd. If you have questions about the optical scanning process, please visit our website or contact the Service Desk at 274-1000, between 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday. NOTE: The Optical Scanning service is being transitioned within DIIS. We will strive to maintain the 1 business day or less turnaround time during exam week, but it may be longer depending on the volume of exams received at any particular time.
