Digital Instruction and Information Services (DIIS) will be hosting candidates for the position of Director of Architecture and Infrastructure on campus over the next few weeks.  All members of the campus community are invited to attend one of the open presentation and Q&A sessions:

• Candidate 1: Tuesday, December 8th, 1:00 – 1:45 pm – Klingenstein Lounge
• Candidate 2: Wednesday, December 9th, 1:00 – 1:45 pm – Taughannock Falls Room
• Candidate 3: Thursday, December 10th, 1:00 - 1:45pm - Taughannock Falls Room
• Candidate 4: Wednesday, December 16th, 1:00 – 1:45 pm – Taughannock Falls Room

At these sessions the candidate will conduct a 15-20 minute presentation about their vision for IT architecture and infrastructure at a mid-size college like IC. This will be followed by an open Q&A session. 

The Director of Architecture and Infrastructure in DIIS is a key position responsible for the over design and operation of the core technology infrastructure at the college.  This includes the campus wired and wireless networks, telephones, servers, applications, databases, technicians, and other related services.
