Ithaca College will implement a co-curricular transcript for all students, beginning during the Fall 2016 semester. The co-curricular transcript is a comprehensive record of students’ participation and achievements in campus life experiences outside of the classroom while enrolled at Ithaca College. These activities help students achieve excellence in their chosen fields and can demonstrate how they have learned to share the responsibilities of citizenship and service in the global community. When coupled with their academic transcripts, a holistic representation of students’ total education, both inside and outside of the classroom, will be created.

The co-curricular transcript at Ithaca College could include items like: study abroad programs, athletics and recreational sports teams, student organizations, performances in not-for-credit productions, community service, scholarship programs, campus employment, professional development workshops, residential learning communities, and much more!

If you work in a department on campus that would be interested in having activities or groups included on the IC co-curricular transcript, please join us for an information session on this exciting new initiative.

The first two information sessions will be held on January 13 and 14 – please click here to register! If you cannot make these dates and are interested in attending an information session in the future, you can sign up to be invited to a future session on the is registration form, too.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Michele Lenhart at mlenhart@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3222. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
