This course explores strategies and techniques for designing sustainable human environments.

Topics include: growing your own food, working with animals, green building, appropriate technology, observation skills, working with a forest, ecovillages, adapting to climate change, sustainable economic systems, and much, much, more!

Students apply a whole-systems permaculture design process to envision a human-scale, sustainable landscape.
