The Office of Human Resources is pleased to announce our new employee onboarding program for staff, designed to create a year-long experience to educate, support, welcome and encourage our new employees as they begin their career at Ithaca College.

The intent of this program is not only to actively involve and engage new employees with our campus community and culture, but also to help them be successful and feel connected to Ithaca College, with a focus on retention and development. In addition to our first day new hire session, this program will include a 30–day session, followed by a 60-day session, a 6-month session, and then a one-year anniversary celebration. Each session will be approximately two hours long. New employees will be given a schedule at their first day session, and supervisors will be notified of session dates for the year for their new employee(s). We anticipate this program will kick off in February 2016.
